This December MANP is offering two SkillBuilders that will help you increase communication and engagement with your donors and constituents. The first SkillBuilder, “Philanthropy 101 and 102 – Why People Give/Building Long Term Relationships,” focuses around understanding the motivating factors that lead people to give, and then gets into detail about the process of creating and sustaining relationships with donors. A full-day SkillBuilder, this workshop will give your organization all the information you need to grow your donor list, while also retaining your current donors.

The second SkillBuilder this December that speaks to this is “Email Marketing for Nonprofits.” E-communications is becoming a more and more important way to interact with your constituents. This half-day SkillBuilder will not only teach you the tips and techniques you need to have a successful e-newsletter, you’ll also leave with an understanding of ways to boost your organization’s ability to engage and interact with your email list.
